Mäkké zručnosti, in particular social and communication ability, sit alongside complexity, responsibility, effort and working conditions in the Slovak evaluation criteria. Their inclusion is a genuine national divergence: an employer that adopted a four-factor evaluation framework has a gap in its methodology, and the roles most affected are usually those where interpersonal demand is high and formal qualification requirements are not.
