Statutory evaluation factors
The five factors a Slovak job evaluation must consider: complexity, responsibility, effort, working conditions and soft skills.
§ 3(1) of the Slovak act names the factors against which work must be assessed: complexity, responsibility, effort, working conditions, and soft skills — in particular social and communication ability. The first four correspond to the criteria named in the directive. The fifth does not appear there, which means an evaluation built on the four-factor toolkits in common use does not meet the Slovak text without being extended.
